With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.About The RoleAs a 2IC with demonstrated administration experience, ideally within a healthcare environment, you will join the Naval Base Clinic, WA on a Permanent Full-Time basis working 38 hours per week. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands. You will be responsible for leading, managing and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic, particularly in the absence of the Practice Manager.DUTIESThe responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Coordination of the clinic operationsEffective team supervision of administration staffAssistance of human resource functions including recruitment, inductions and performance managementPromoting and embedding a high level standard of customer service deliveryReception and general administration dutiesProcessing medical bookingsResults managementConducting preliminary medical assessmentsAdministering health questionnairesInvoicingCandidate RequirementsYou will have relevant experience in supervising staff, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
