The Opportunity
Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver program offers you the support and training you need to become a licensed and confident bus driver.
This includes:
A friendly and supportive environment
An extensive induction training program with a mix of classroom and on-road training
Training to obtain a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
A 12-month training program (Mix of classroom and on the job training) to gain a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Driving Operations - Bus)
Industry leading pay throughout your training!
You will be assigned a Buddy throughout the training process to support your development!
Depot Locations - North Fitzroy, Thomastown, Doncaster, Keysborough, Heatherton, and Preston
Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people
A current Australian Car driver's licence (full licence held for at least 2 years)
Willingness to have a pre-employment functional, drug and alcohol assessment
Ability to obtain a Driver Accreditation and Working with Children Check
Hold Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
Please note you must be available to attend an assessment centre from our North Fitzroy depot.
We're After People With
