In Q4 2025, we will launch AlphaFit Supplements, delivering HASTA-certified supplements for elite athletes and sports enthusiasts.Your Role:We're offering an exciting opportunity to shape the digital direction of a well-established B2B company while playing a key role in the expansion into B2C markets. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll initially take the lead as the sole digital specialist, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership and make things happen—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves as we scale.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals. Deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, influencer collaborations, and websites.E-Commerce, SEO & Website ManagementLead the development and launch of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce presence. Ensure websites and e-commerce platforms are consistently maintained, updated, and optimised with high-quality content, compelling visuals, and conversion-driven product pages.Oversee SEO efforts by tracking performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance visibility and search rankings.Social Media Management & Content CreationOwn the day-to-day management of all social media channels. Develop creative, audience-focused content that supports business and marketing objectives. Lead community engagement—responding to comments, likes, and fostering conversations across platforms.Brand Style & Content ManagementCollaborate with our in-house design team to create and uphold digital brand style guides. Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across all digital touch points.Email Marketing & AutomationManage the full lifecycle of email campaigns—from strategy and content planning to copywriting, building, scheduling, A/B testing, and reporting. Maintain a robust EDM calendar to support ongoing engagement and conversion goals.Data Analysis & ReportingMonitor and report on campaign performance and key digital KPIs. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to continually improve outcomes across all platforms.Budget ManagementManage digital marketing budgets with a strong focus on driving ROI and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.To be successful in this role:Experience & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.• Proven experience in a similar Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, E-commerce role.• Proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.• Content creation - Hands-on experience with photoshoots and video production.Personal Attributes:• A gritty, results-driven mindset; thrives in a dynamic, startup-like environment.• Collaborative and creative• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and thrives under pressure.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that drive business decisions.Please don't hesitate if you don't have all of these.
