Role Overview
An innovative industrial technology company is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation across Australia and global markets.
Brand & Awareness
* Strengthen the brand presence across Mining, Metals, Food & Beverage, and Utilities sectors.
* Develop marketing campaigns around award recognitions (IMARC 2025), white papers, and innovation showcases.
* Oversee digital, event, and partner marketing initiatives to position the brand as the preferred reliability partner.
Content & Communication
* Lead creation of brochures, capability statements, white papers, and case studies.
* Collaborate with technical teams to develop product‐focused content.
* Manage corporate website and LinkedIn content calendar for consistent messaging and engagement.
Lead Generation & Campaigns
* Drive demand generation through targeted email, LinkedIn, and partner campaigns.
* Work closely with sales to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and track conversions.
* Develop campaigns promoting tangible customer outcomes.
Events & Partnerships
* Plan and manage participation in major industry events (e.g., IMARC, Austmine, FoodTech).
* Coordinate webinars, demo sessions, and joint campaigns with strategic partners.
Analytics & Reporting
* Define and monitor key marketing KPIs — brand reach, lead conversion, content engagement, event ROI.
* Maintain dashboards and marketing performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 5–10 years experience in B2B or industrial marketing (preferably technology, manufacturing, or SaaS).
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and content strategy.
* Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
* Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross‐functional collaboration.
