We're seeking a Senior Fitter to join our Melbourne showroom. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role within a passionate, experienced team. This is a full time role with a Tuesday - Saturday roster.
The Role
This is not a traditional fitting role. At Oscar Hunt, Senior Fitters are trusted advisors, relationship-builders, and brand ambassadors. After completing our four-week technical training program, you'll become one of the key faces of the business, delivering a market-leading client experience from first fitting to final garment. Alongside technical excellence, you'll play an active role in growing the business through client development, networking, and showroom initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting fittings and measurements to a high standard
* Providing thoughtful style and wardrobe guidance
* Creating a warm, memorable showroom experience for every client
* Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
* Growing your client network through referrals, relationships, and community engagement
* Supporting in-showroom events and client appointments that strengthen connection with the brand
* Managing fitting-related administration, orders, and CRM tasks
* Working collaboratively with the showroom team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
