About the Role
Journee Brands is seeking an experienced Talent Business Partner to join our team full time, based out of our Port Melbourne office. This role will see you owning the end to end recruitment lifecycle while also supporting broader global HR activities.
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you'll partner closely with hiring managers across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, recruitment delivery, and candidate experience, while helping to build strong and sustainable talent pipelines for the future.
Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment activities
* Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all internal and external vacancies, from role briefing and sourcing through to onboarding.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and alignment to long‐term business and talent strategies.
* Deliver a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience for all applicants, including those not successful.
* Support hiring managers throughout screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
* Assist with broader global HR duties and initiatives as required, supporting the wider people function.
* Act as the key point of contact between Journee Brands and recruitment agencies for all active roles.
* Identify opportunities to innovate and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Qualifications
* 3–5+ years' experience in end to end recruitment roles.
* Proven ability to run efficient hiring processes from briefing through to onboarding.
* Experience in strategic sourcing and proactive talent pipeline development.
* Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build sustainable and practical working relationships.
* Comfortable using recruitment tools including LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
* Background partnering with managers and leaders at all levels of a business.
