We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our dynamic team at Penrith. Representing brands such as Subaru, Peugeot, Deepal and Foton – a global leader in commercial vehicles now making its mark in Australia.
About the Role
As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our in‐store and online sales teams. Your responsibilities will include managing financial applications, ensuring legal compliance, and maximising finance opportunities for our customers. You will also liaise directly with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional finance and insurance experience.
What you'll do
* Partner with in‐store and online teams to provide F&I support and manage escalated cases.
* Liaise with credit analysts to meet application requirements and improve approval outcomes.
* Ensure accuracy in all finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.
* Sell bundled products such as service plans and ensure they are correctly included in customer contracts.
* Manage end‐to‐end commercial applications while supporting customers from the Business Development Centre.
* Follow up on cash deals to maximise F&I opportunities while maintaining compliance with FSRA, privacy, and legal obligations.
About You
* Background in Finance & Insurance is important for this role, ideally supported by relevant financier accreditations and familiarity with the automotive sector.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment, with good attention to detail, organisation, and a calm approach under pressure.
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—along with confidence using MS Office and digital platforms, and a customer‐focused, adaptable attitude.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required, and existing relationships or accreditations with financiers will be highly valued.
