Job Title: Operational Team Lead
Role Description:
The role of Operational Team Lead involves driving and developing a team to achieve World Class performance. As a key member of the management team, you will assist in managing operational and staffing requirements while maintaining high standards at all times.
You will be responsible for overseeing people, product, service, and upkeep within your department. This includes analyzing and assessing performance, formulating strategies, and implementing remedies as required.
Your role will also involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including F&B, Sales, and Marketing, to develop business and sales ideas. Additionally, you will assist F&B directors with staff recruitment, training, and rostering, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the department's overall performance, ensuring it meets set standards.
* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and maintain formal training plans for Front of House staff.
Key Requirements:
* Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
* Demonstrate exceptional personal presentation and project a professional image at all times.
* Ensure adherence to hygienic work practices and organize time and work efficiently and effectively.
* Establish strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, working under pressure without compromise.
