Key Client Onboarding Specialist Role
The Client Success team is critical to delivering an exceptional product experience for our clients, providing them with the expertise and guidance needed to take control of their marketing strategy.
This key role involves leading pre-sales support for prospects, effectively managing product onboarding and implementation for new clients, and providing ongoing support during the first 100 days. It also includes maintaining CRM data accuracy and creating relevant client collateral.
