Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining our amazing customer and team culture by providing outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive work environment
* Delivering quality chairside assistance to our dentists and ensuring seamless communication between patients and staff
* Providing treatment coordination and maintaining accurate patient records
* Meeting and greeting patients, making them feel welcome, and ensuring a great first impression
* Booking and amending appointments, answering phone calls, and updating patient information
* Informing patients about available dental services and offers
* Accessing sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict data protection protocols
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as a dental assistant, preferably with a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients in a friendly and approachable manner
* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Passion for customer service and patient care, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
