Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Internal Coordination Division Supervisor, the successful candidate will perform project management and internal coordination on identified critical and / or high value technical projects and initiatives in the Luzon and Manila region. The personnel shall also manage stakeholders, apply technical expertise, and ensure compliance with safety and quality management to deliver company objectives and meet stakeholders' expectations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Project Management and Coordination ServicesEnsures day‐to‐day implementation of project management services and related administrative tasks.
* Stakeholder EngagementBuilds and maintains strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the regional/district authority.
* Technical ExpertiseProvides expert knowledge in project management associated with the company's assets, facilities, operations, and activities in line with the strategy and overall direction of the CCO.
* Safety and Quality ManagementEnsures activities fully comply with NGCP safety and quality standards and policies.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements for Lead Specialist (P2)
* Graduate of any Engineering or Management course, preferably post‐graduate degree holder.
Experience
* At least two (2) years of satisfactory professional experience supporting project management work with all aspects of the project management knowledge areas covered.
* At least two (2) years of engineering or operations experience.
Competencies
* Knowledge in Integrated Management Systems.
* Knowledge in Project Management.
* Intermediate knowledge of the power industry and components involved in running a transmission line and substation project.
* Intermediate analytical and critical‐thinking skills.
* Intermediate organizational and management skills.
* Ability to multi‐skill and handle multiple assignments and tasks.
* Exudes confidence and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Self‐starter and able to generate new ideas and concepts.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration.
* Relationship management skills (internal and external units).
* Effective influence and negotiation skills.
* Integrity, honesty, and good work ethics.
* Intermediate understanding of computer systems and software (including, but not limited to, MS Office applications).
