About the Business
A fast-growing solar retail business making serious inroads across the Australian residential and C&I market. Based in Sydney, they're expanding their sales team and looking for experienced solar professionals who know how to close and want to be rewarded for it.
The Role
A pure sales role for a salesperson of 1-2 years in the industry looking to build their career quickly. You'll be working directly with homeowners and businesses, running the full sales cycle along a brand new division with 3-6 new starters.
* Present and sell residential solutions to warm leads
* Educate customers on solar benefits, STCs, rebates and savings
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals tailored to each customer
* Manage your pipeline and coordinate handover to installation teams
* Hit targets. Earn well. Progress fast.
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated solar sales experience - basic product and sales funnel knowledge
* Solid understanding of the Australian solar market, STCs and rebate structures
* Proven ability to close - face to face, phone, teams, etc.
* Strong communication and objection-handling skills
* Self-motivated with a hunger to earn
