Your Role
As the Commercial Project Manager, you will be the central point of coordination across multiple projects, ensuring communication flows seamlessly between builders, architects, consultants, and clients from concept through to completion. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing projects from planning through to delivery
* Interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications accurately
* Liaising daily with builders, architects, engineers, and clients
* Monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Identifying and resolving issues before they impact progress
* Providing clear updates and reporting to stakeholders
* Ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, professionally, and compliantly
About You
You are a highly experienced Project Manager in the Industrial or Commercial Sector who is confident working with technical stakeholders and understands how to keep projects moving without friction. Ideally, you'll possess the following attributes:
* Proven Project Management experience within engineering, construction, manufacturing or a related industry
* Advanced technical aptitude
* Strong ability to read and interpret plans and technical documentation
* Excellent communication skills with builders, architects, and clients
* Exceptional organisation and time management
* A practical, solutions-focused mindset
* The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a warm team environment
Other Details
The position is based on-site in Mt Gambier (relocation assistance available) with occasional regional or interstate travel. Remuneration package is roughly $190K and is commensurate with experience.
