Senior Logistics Operations Manager
Our organization is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to oversee our operations divisions. This senior role involves managing logistics and transport processes, focusing on linehaul, pick-up and delivery, metropolitan distribution, and regional supply services.

The successful applicant will lead a small senior transport and logistics team operating diverse equipment types from our facility in Forrestfield, Perth. Your team will be responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient day-to-day activities of the operations, optimizing service delivery, and maintaining legislative compliance.

* 5+ years of proven senior logistics operations experience
* Experience in managing fleets of over 40 vehicles
* Proven track record of leading teams of over 200 people
* Demonstrated strong safety behavior and culture
* Excellent knowledge of logistics management and vehicle maintenance
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* A history of delivering operational and financial outcomes in complex environments
* Sound knowledge of WAHVA compliance requirements
