Parabellum International is seeking a commercially driven and hands‐on Sales Manager to lead the national Sales & Hire function within our Equipment & Asset Services (EAS) Division.

About The Role
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across equipment sales, specialist vehicles, fleet solutions and hire services, while leading and developing a small sales team.
The role can be based at either our Naval Base, WA or Caloundra, QLD office with national responsibility for strengthening pipeline discipline, enhancing market presence, developing new client relationships and expanding existing key accounts across mining, energy, infrastructure, industrial and government sectors.
This role is suited to a proactive and commercially astute sales leader who can think strategically while remaining close to the market, actively supporting major opportunities and leading from the front to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and executing the national sales strategy across equipment and specialist vehicle sales and hire.
* Driving revenue growth across both capital sales and recurring hire streams.
* Strengthening pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and conversion performance.
* Managing and developing a small national sales team.
* Expanding key accounts and building new client relationships.
* Leading major bids, tenders and commercial negotiations.
* Representing Parabellum in client and industry engagements.
A key focus will be growing sales and hire across our full equipment portfolio, including:
* response equipment
* Rescue and safety gear
* Medical and operational equipment
* Breathing apparatus
* Fleet & Specialists assets including Rosenbauer fire trucks, fast attacks, rescue vehicles and ambulances.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* 7+ years' experience in B2B sales (equipment, fleet, hire or industrial sectors preferred).
* Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a sales team
* Proven track record delivering revenue growth across both sales and hire portfolios
* Experience managing major accounts and complex, multi‐stakeholder sales cycles
* Strong commercial acumen and results‐driven mindset
* Confident leader who can guide and grow a small team
* Structured and disciplined in pipeline and performance management
* Hands‐on approach with the ability to lead from the front
* Builds strong executive‐level client relationships.
