This Full Time Traineeship offers the chance to gain hands on experience in the not-for-profit sector
while working towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business. You'll develop

What you'll be doing
Perform a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver high quality customer service via phone, email, and digital channels.
Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally and positively.
Gain hands on experience with CRM systems and internal platforms used for client support.
Navigate inboxes and online portals to keep things running smoothly.
Collect, organise and enter data with attention to detail.
Engage and communicate using technology.
Prepare simple documents and correspondence.
Engage in clear and respectful workplace communication.
Collaborating with internal teams and contributing to a positive team culture.
What you'll bring
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
Interest in customer experience and administrative procedures and systems.
Good written and communication skills.
Must not hold a Cert III or higher qualification in Business or Administration.
Qualifications & Checks
Undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
Obtain NDIS Workers Screening Check & Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain).
Undergo a NDIA Screening Clearance.
Valid Australian Working Rights.
