The role

Job Overview

Position: Administration Officer Level 2 (Administration and Clerical) – Permanent Part Time (14 hours per week) – located Shellharbour Hospital (SHH), Wollongong & The South Coast.

Salary: $33.59 – $34.70 per hour plus 12% super & salary packaging. Closing date: 24 February 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Provide communication support to all levels of medical and nursing staff within the Emergency Department.
  • Manage effectively the clerical activities within the Emergency Department.
  • Apply hospital policies and processes related to the classification and admission of chargeable and non-chargeable patients.
