About the Role

* You will work collaboratively with Nursing and Aboriginal Health staff to deliver comprehensive patient assessments and implement clinical care strategies.
* Your role will involve attending local schools to conduct 715 Health Checks and contributing to closing the gap in health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* You must be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Relevant qualifications and experience in General Practice are essential.
