What You'll Do
As Pharmacy Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of Slade Pharmacy New Town and lead its dedicated team.
This role offers a rewarding blend of community engagement and technical expertise, with a strong focus on compounding services and personalised patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage pharmacy operations and team performance
Oversee compounding services and ensure safe, effective medication preparation
Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Mentor and support Pharmacists and Technicians
Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the community
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy services
What You'll Bring
You are a confident, experienced Pharmacist with proven leadership capabilities.
Experience in compounding is highly valued, but not essential as training will be provided.
Essential Requirements
Permanent Australian working rights
Current AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist
Minimum 3-years Pharmacist experience in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
Pharmacy experience in compounding services
Community Pharmacy management experience
