About the Role: As a Casino Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our casino restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide for ongoing inspections and taste tests to ensure consistency and outstanding quality in both food and service.
* Ensure activities comply with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, legal demands and professional and ethical standards.
Requirements:
* Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field required.
* Minimum of two (2) years experience as a high-end Restaurant Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.
