The Role Overview
The Practice Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating the business, people, operations and services of the clinic. Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing all client care, nursing and veterinary services.
* Engaging in customer experience and client loyalty activities, clinic service streams, marketing, digital services, and feedback.
* Managing financial performance, stock control, procurement, accounts, budgets, payroll and profit and loss.
* Leading work health and safety compliance, facilities and maintenance, assets and equipment, as well as cleaning and presentation standards.
* Working closely with the Lead Vet, Regional Manager and Vet Manager.
* Fostering a wellness culture, communication strategy and clinical team development.
* Building relationships with our community, strategic partners and suppliers.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* Experience in a practice manager or senior vet nurse position.
* Minimum of 3 years vet nursing experience post-graduation.
* Experience with practice management systems or appointment book management skills.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills.
* Proven rapport and communication skills with colleagues, clients and the community.
