About This Role

* Be the first person people meet at a justice service centre.
* Support your community through varied and meaningful work.
* No two days are the same in this fast‐paced role.
* Build practical skills while working with a supportive team.
* Casual role earning $62,104 - $79,753 per year, plus super.

What You Will Do

As a justice officer, you will provide frontline support in a busy justice service centre.

You will help keep services running smoothly while supporting staff, visitors and the wider community.

You Will

* Provide professional reception and switchboard support across the service centre.
* Give accurate information about available services and direct people to the right support.
* Complete timely administration tasks, records management and meeting support.
* Undertake essential finance duties including invoicing, procurement and payment processing.
* Contribute to continuous improvement, audits and compliance activities.

About You

Advanced computer skills are desirable. You should feel confident using email, spreadsheets, word processing programs, appointment systems and the internet.

You will learn relevant legislation, policies and procedures on the job.

You Should Also Have

* Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
* A flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively and support your team.
* A respectful focus on customer service, inclusion and solving problems.
