Lifting Operations
Movement of pumps, compressors, turbines, exchangers, valves, gearboxes, and other plant equipment.
1. Rigging duties: Lifting, lowering, positioning, and securing heavy equipment according to approved procedures.
o Ensure compliance with established safety protocols.
2. Selecting appropriate lifting tools such as slings, shackles, hooks, chain blocks, and hoists in accordance with load requirements.
3. Coordination with crane operators and maintenance teams to guarantee safe lifting operations.
