Senior Advisor Contracts and Procurement
Veolia has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Advisor, Contracts and Procurement to join our team based in Tugun 4224. This strategic role is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost effective acquisition of goods and services while overseeing strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier performance, and procurement governance.

What you'll be responsible for
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals and compliance requirements
Manage Purchase to Pay (P2P) team ensuring timely processing of orders, invoice reconciliation, and procedural compliance
Lead end to end procurement processes from sourcing through to contract execution
Collaborate with project engineers on scope development and refinement
Identify and mitigate procurement risks while maintaining probity standards
Coordinate tender evaluations ensuring compliance, fairness, and business alignment
Support commercial negotiations to achieve value for money outcomes
Provide expert guidance on contract management and performance monitoring
Maintain procurement templates within Business Management System (BMS)
Administer contracts database and produce procurement reports
Leverage preferred supplier arrangements at local, regional, and global levels
What You'll Need to be Successful
Procurement experience in an organisation with high public accountability
Strong knowledge of procurement legislation, policies, and best practices
Extensive experience in complex operational or project environments
