Job Description:
The Business Analyst will engage with various stakeholders to comprehend and document their needs, elicit and document business requirements, functional specifications, and business rules. This individual will define and model As Is and To Be processes, collaborate closely with delivery teams and subject matter experts, provide guidance, and ensure solution alignment with requirements.
This role involves supporting the development of business cases and solution options analysis for new initiatives, as well as collaborating with the testing team to create test cases and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
