The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law or other relevant discipline.

* Provide clear, concise advice and risk assessments to senior leaders
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Specialised workplace investigation qualifications
* At least 5 years' experience conducting workplace investigations
