The AMU is a 25 bed high acuity unit focusing on acute medicine, with a strong multidisciplinary approach to healthcare. Our unit fosters a supportive and inclusive environment to learning, including access to professional and career development.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $70,980 - $78,179 per annum (Pro rata), plus superannuation contributions.
In addition, we offer a range of allowances based on qualification type, including up to 7.5% Post Graduate Allowance.
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be responsible for providing direct patient/client centred nursing care to assigned patients/clients, within the scope of practice of an enrolled nurse and under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse/midwife.
You will also contribute to the maintenance and promotion of a safe work environment and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to plan, implement and evaluate patient/client care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse
