**Job Description**:
Momentus Technologies is looking to hire a Team Lead to lead key customer projects and manage a tight-knit group on the professional services team. This is a perfect position for someone that is looking to take on more opportunities and is interested in joining an organization where they can make an impact.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead a team to deliver high quality customer engagements while meeting or exceeding the time to value and financial expectations of our customers.
- Own overall project health for all active APAC services projects.
- Planning, defining tasks and deliverables, quality control, risk analysis, and management, status reports, problem reporting & escalation.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and other departments such as support, cloud operations and product, to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Own overall delivery related escalations with a focus on ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
- Define, track, monitor, manage and improve Project Management KPIs.
- Ensure your team meets utilization targets and other business objectives.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and issues.
- Coach and mentor team and share knowledge of best practices.
- Set performance targets for direct reports and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Inform and help manage capacity models based on changes in delivery methodology.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of consulting resources at a high-volume SaaS company
- Experience acting as a billable resource with a utilization target.
- Previous experience with software implementation projects
- Great customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including customers, internal, and partners
- Knowledge of SaaS delivery projects, consulting services operating model, standard terminology and processes, and corresponding key metrics including backlog, utilization, margins.
- Proficiency with information systems such as CRM, PSA, ERP/Accounting, Order Management
- Prior experience excelling in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization
- Proven ability to manage change successfully and cultivate buy-in from stakeholders for large process changes or new initiatives.
