Plant Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
* Operate a production line, setting up and fine-tuning machines as required.
* Work with high-speed manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
* Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Requirements:
* Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (Cert III in Engineering or higher).
* Welding and fabrication skills are beneficial.
* Significant experience in an industrial environment, preferably in manufacturing with a background in fault finding.
* Forklift licence, EWP licence, rigging ticket are advantageous.
