The Role
This is a newly created Executive Assistant role supporting the Managing Director and Investment Team.
You'll be the central point of coordination for diaries, client communication, and documentation. Bringing structure, calm, and reliability to a fast-moving environment. This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in being organised, and builds strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues.

About You
You'll be someone who is organised, proactive, and professional, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and follow things through.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and cloud-based tools
Discretion, reliability, and a client-first mindset
Experience in property, finance, or professional services is advantageous but not essential.
