We are now looking for a driven Commercial Sales and Leasing Representative to join our team.

About the opportunity
You will be involved in commercial sales and leasing, working closely with our team to generate opportunities, manage client relationships and help deliver strong outcomes for vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants.
For the right person, this role offers a long term pathway in commercial real estate with training, support and the ability to grow your income through performance.
What you will be doing
• Selling and leasing commercial property
• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Booking appointments and managing your diary
• Conducting inspections and assisting with appraisals
• Managing database activity and client follow up
• Building relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers, tenants and local business owners
• Liaising with solicitors and other professionals as required
• Supporting negotiations and helping progress deals through to completion
• Working closely with the wider Maxwell Collins team
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with energy, confidence and a strong work ethic.
You may already be working in real estate, commercial sales, leasing, business development, property management or another sales environment where you are comfortable speaking with people, building relationships and taking ownership of results.
You will be:
• Confident on the phone and in person
• Well presented, professional and persuasive
• Relationship driven and commercially minded
• Resilient, organised and willing to put in the work
• Motivated by commission and long term career growth
• Comfortable prospecting and following up opportunities
• Someone who wants to build a name, not just fill a seat
An Agent’s Representative Certificate, or currently completing your certificate, would be an advantage.
