Role Overview:
Laser Clinics Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join their team as a Customer Service Specialist. This full-time, remote role will play a key role in supporting both clients and clinic teams across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for clients and clinics, providing exceptional service across phone, email, and online platforms.
* Support clients with their journey by managing appointments, handling queries, and offering treatment advice tailored to their needs.
* Educate and consult with clients on pre- and post-care, skincare products, and treatment options.
* Drive client engagement by upselling and cross-selling products, promotions, pre-payment options, and event invitations.
* Ensure smooth clinic operations by managing appointment schedules, rescheduling when needed, and addressing escalations professionally.
* Handle administration including accurate record keeping, responding to feedback, and reporting discrepancies.
* Support process improvements by maintaining data accuracy and contributing to efficient systems that enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (essential) – aesthetics or beauty industry experience highly regarded.
* Qualifications in customer service, sales, or administration (e.g., Cert III in Retail/Administration) are a plus.
* A proven ability to deliver outstanding, tailored service to clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're professional, friendly, and consultative.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
* A customer-first, solutions-oriented mindset with an eye for continuous improvement.
* Flexibility to work retail hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays if required.
* Tech-savviness – confident using Microsoft Office, booking systems, and willing to learn new platforms.
