Finishing Foreman Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finishing Foreman to take on a challenging role in our construction projects, working on multi-residential developments across the Bobs Farm NSW area.
* Lead and coordinate all finishing trades, including carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering, flooring, and landscaping to ensure high-quality finishes.
* Evaluate design specifications and client expectations tailored to over 50s lifestyle living standards.
* Perform detailed quality control checks and defect inspections throughout the finishing stages.
* Maintain effective communication with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resolve any finishing-related issues promptly.
* Ensure strong attention to detail to deliver homes that reflect a high standard of workmanship suitable for discerning buyers.
* Promote WHS compliance across all finishing activities, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Create progress reports and punch lists, and ensure timely completion of finishing works according to project timelines.
