Optimise battery sizing, technology selection, and augmentation strategies. Advise clients on safety standards, fire suppression, and battery degradation. Manage vendor RFI/RFP processes and provide EPC contract technical reviews. Support the integration of storage with existing wind and solar hybrid assets. Skills & Experience Engineering or Technical degree with a focus on energy storage or power systems. Proven experience in the BESS project lifecycle (development or delivery). Familiarity with Lithium-ion vs. Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) tech. Strong client-facing advisory and stakeholder management skills.
