Position
Service Desk Officer, reporting to the Service Desk Manager, will be the first point of contact for all IT-related support requests, responsible for triaging, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
Classification: HS1 - HS2 (based on experience; less experienced and current IT student candidates will be considered).
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $2,****** - $2,******.
Hours per fortnight: 76 or 80 (with an ADO every 4 weeks).
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time.
Closing Date: 28/11/2025.
Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of Service Desk activities within the IT Services Department.
Manage and own incidents and service requests.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
Assist with documentation of solutions and contribute to development of policies, procedures, and other IT-related projects.
Ensure the role is performed onsite at Bendigo Health.
