The Opportunity
We seek a Service Designer to work closely with stakeholders across our organization, utilizing design thinking and human-centered design approaches to solve complex business problems.
Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve experiences for customers, employees, and partners
* Analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities
* Conduct customer research using qualitative and quantitative methods
* Create service blueprints and prototypes to align stakeholders on solutions
About You
You should have experience in strategy, customer experience, service design, or UX design, preferably within finance, insurance, telecommunications, or health industries. You must be able to quickly understand new business areas and operate effectively with uncertainties.
* Experience applying Human-Centered Design methods in business scenarios
* Proven ability to deliver customer experience solutions in corporate settings
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
* Comfort presenting and articulating the value of HCD concepts to senior stakeholders
* Experience in project or change management is a plus
