Project Manager Role
* The company is seeking experienced Project Managers to support delivery across large-scale commercial and multi-residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring and controlling construction operations.
* Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities.
* Support design resolution, RFIs, procurement and document control.
* Oversight of quality assurance, safety compliance and project reporting.
* Action on issues promptly with collaboration from Site Managers & other stakeholders
greater detail documentation for all works completed by sub-contractors
