The Opportunity
Stonebraker Lawyers is a boutique Christian law firm based in Windsor, NSW. We seek a mature Christian to undertake a dual executive role combining operational management of the practice with pastoral care of staff, particularly for female staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead workflow and file management
* Coordinate staff tasks and priorities
* Oversee invoicing, retainers, and debt follow-up
* Maintain administrative systems
* Work closely with the Principal on operations
* Provide pastoral care and spiritual support
* Assist with and occasionally lead Morning Prayer/Bible study
* Strengthen a distinctly Christian workplace culture
Candidate Profile
* Mature, practising Christian of historic, orthodox conviction
* Affirms the Nicene and Apostles’ Creeds
* Supports confessional basis of the law firm being the Anglican Thirty-Nine Articles and Jerusalem Declaration (2008).
* Active member of a faithful Christian congregation
* Strong administrative or practice management experience
* Highly organised, proactive, and discreet
* University degree (theological training highly regarded)
