We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance and maintain secure, reliable systems for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
* System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain server infrastructure, manage virtualization platforms, administer Windows and Linux systems, and implement system upgrades with minimal disruption.
* Infrastructure Management: Monitor network services and system alerts, manage storage solutions and disaster recovery implementations, configure cloud services across hybrid environments, and ensure system availability and reliability.
* Security Administration: Implement and monitor security policies and procedures, manage security tools, perform system audits, and configure firewalls to control access.

Requirements
