As we invest in our technology landscape, we're looking for an IT Projects & Programs Manager to join our in‐house IT team and drive the successful delivery of key technology initiatives across the business.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of IT – Architecture, the IT Projects & Programs Manager is responsible for leading the end‐to‐end delivery of enterprise technology projects and programs. You'll ensure initiatives are well governed, delivered on time and on budget, and aligned to business priorities and the broader technology roadmap.
You'll partner closely with executive leaders, business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors to deliver high‐quality outcomes and uplift digital capability across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
* Lead end to end delivery of IT projects across applications, integrations, digital platforms, and infrastructure
* Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resourcing, risks, and dependencies
* Ensure delivery aligns to agreed methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and governance frameworks
* Provide clear stakeholder communication through status reporting and executive updates
* Facilitate workshops, stand‐ups, sprint planning, and project ceremonies as required
* Manage external vendors and delivery partners, including SLAs and contractual obligations
* Oversee testing, release planning, and transition into business‐as‐usual support
* Support operational readiness, training, and post‐implementation reviews
About you
You're a seasoned technology delivery leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working closely with the business.
* 10+ years' experience leading enterprise‐scale IT projects and programs
* Strong governance, portfolio, and change management expertise
* Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence at executive level
* Commercial acumen, including vendor and contract management
