As the Assistant Manager in Hobart, you will be accountable to help your manager achieve every aspect of your store's results.
**As an Assistant Manager you will**:
- Have a proven record of success in sales and service standards
- Be able or want to learn to coach a team to reach personal and store KPI's
- Demonstrate your ability to lead from the front
- Lead by example to promote high energy and performance
- Have exposure to rosters, shrinkage and stock KPI's
- Understand VM and have impeccable shop and personal standards
- Have excellent time management and communication skills
- Be passionate about learning and being MORE THEN JUST AVERAGE!
