A highly regarded design and architecture studio is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to play a key role within its operations. Key Responsibilities
* Review, interpret, and negotiate client and subconsultant agreements to ensure clarity and minimise risk
* Identify scope gaps, commercial exposures, and manage contract variations and amendments
* Oversee subconsultant procurement, including tender coordination and evaluation of submissions
* Support project teams with contractual guidance, ensuring obligations are met across delivery phases
* Monitor project performance, financials, and elevate risks to protect commercial outcomes
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in contracts, commercial, or project management within architecture or construction
* Strong understanding of project lifecycles and the ability to identify and mitigate scope and contract risks
* High level of numerical accuracy with advanced spreadsheet and documentation skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and support stakeholders
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands‐on execution
