Role Description
The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrnambool, VIC. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple projects within the organization's scope of health and community services. The Program Manager will ensure the successful execution of programs, monitor timelines and budgets, engage stakeholders, and ensure project goals are met. The position requires strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, innovation, and adherence to best practices that align with the organization's values.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation of complex programs.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, change management, and conflict resolution.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of healthcare services, systems, and regulatory frameworks in Australia.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in health management, business administration, or a related field.
* Ability to work on-site in Warrnambool, VIC, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Previous experience in managing healthcare or community service programs is highly desirable.
