The business is seeking a qualified, full-time Hotel Services Manager (Concierge) to deliver high-quality hotel-style services to residents and guests, including reception duties, luggage support, booking coordination, guest assistance, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide concierge and front desk services, including reception, luggage assistance, and guest support.
· Assist residents and guests with event and reservation bookings, transport arrangements, and other service requests.
· Respond to and resolve apartment or guest issues, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other service providers.
· Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and staff rosters.
· Ensure professional standards and safety procedures are upheld in all interactions.
· Support a positive team environment and handle service-related concerns effectively.
Skills and Experience Required:
· AQF Certificate III or IV in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in hotel concierge services or hospitality management.
· Previous experience in concierge, hotel services, front desk, or related hospitality roles.
· Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with serviced apartments, building services, or property management is highly desirable.
