We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering organizational growth and success through the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute technical, functional, and soft skills training programs.
* Customize content to suit diverse learner needs.
* Conduct thorough learning needs analyses, including external market research when necessary.
* Project manage learning initiatives in adherence to internal policies and instructional design methodologies.
* Ensure tailored service delivery to meet the unique requirements of different business units.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience in training needs analysis for both individuals and organizations.
* Expertise in training design and development.
* Proficient in training facilitation across various audiences.
* Proficient in project and content management.
* E-Learning authoring experience will be highly regarded.
About you
* Minimum of 3 years of training facilitation experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of learning design and development experience.
* Experience in competency development and assessment - highly regarded
* Experience in assessment tool design and implementation - highly regarded
Education & Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Education (TAE) or equivalent.
