About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with strong experience in the water industry and a passion for delivering outstanding service and solutions to clients.
You'll be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and technical expertise.
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet territory sales goals and profitability
2. Achieve sales targets and report monthly forecasts to management
3. Foster strong professional relationships with customers and partners
4. Implement marketing and promotional activities within the assigned territory
5. Coordinate with production teams to meet customer product requirements and availability
6. Provide product training and resolve customer enquiries
7. Analyse market trends and contribute insights to the national sales strategy
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience in a similar industry, ideally with technical products
* Strong understanding of pumping systems and end-user applications
* Effective account management and business development skills
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities
* Experience using sales software and data analytics tools
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
