About the role
* Working closely with a Doyle’s Guide recommended Partner and take a lead role in a Succession Planning and Deceased Estates practice, covering estate planning, administration, and contested estate work, including family provision and estate disputes.
* Advise high net worth individuals and business clients.
The ideal candidate
* At least 5 years PQE in Wills and Estates Law who is based in Sydney or Canberra
* Confident client facing skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice
* Solid drafting skills and strong attention to detail
* A collaborative approach, proactive, commercial mindset and genuine interest in building client relationships.
