ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director, Corporate and Business Development, the Corporate and Executive Support Officer provides high‑level administrative and governance support to the CEO, the Board, and WHM staff. Working with a moderate level of autonomy, you will manage competing priorities, prepare high‑quality documentation, and contribute to organisational planning and reporting. The role requires sound judgement, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build productive relationships across the organisation and with key external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in executive support, governance, or corporate services, who demonstrates excellent written communication, high attention to detail, and strong organisational capability. You should be comfortable using office systems, HR and payroll platforms, and document management tools, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. A commitment to WHM’s mission and respectful engagement with diverse and vulnerable communities is essential.

This is a fixed term contract until 30 June 2027 for 37.5 hours a week (1.0FTE) at SCHaDS Award Level 4.1.
