Responsibilities
* Carry out vehicle diagnosis, repairs and/or maintenance
* Vehicle examinations in line with Department of Transport regulations
* Follow correct procedures when carrying out the repairs
* Responsible for tools and equipment
Essential Skills and Experience
* Trade qualification
* Minimum 3 years recent experience post apprenticeship
* Great communication skills
* Eye for detail
* Robust diagnostic and repair skills
* Perform tasks efficiently and professionally
* Be a team player
* A current driver's licence
* Have own tools
* Punctual and reliable
Desirable Skills and Experience
* AC ticket would be a huge bonus
* Repairer's licence is required for inspections
* Electrical knowledge would be beneficial
Employment Options
This can be a Residential or FIFO position for the right candidate.
Immediate start for the right candidate.
* FIFO Position – 2 weeks on / 1 week off (Ex Perth), or 3 weeks on / 2 weeks off (Ex East state – lifestyle roster)
* 12‐hour days with ample time for breaks
* Flights from Perth and accommodation are supplied with this position.
