The role
This position provides leadership across the corporate accounting and reporting functions during a period of change. You'll be responsible for overseeing financial consolidation, managing a motivated team, and ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and support a team of qualified accountants to deliver accurate and timely reporting
* Oversee consolidation and reporting across a complex, international group structure
* Take ownership of the external audit process, ensuring efficiency and cost control
* Strengthen financial processes and controls, driving continuous improvement
* Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making and performance management
* Support business integration projects and ensure accurate balance sheet positions

* Extensive group reporting experience across multi-entity or international environments
* Strong people leadership skills with a track record of managing finance teams
* Experience managing external audits and driving process enhancements
